Oolong tea has a very long and rich history. Unlike fully oxidized black tea or non-oxidized green tea, oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea that falls artfully between black tea and green tea. It is carefully crafted to begin the oxidation process characteristic of black tea but skilfully controlled to release the floral and fruity aromas of the leaf before the richer tannins are revealed. Compared to green tea, its taste is deeper and more complex. Less bitter and more fruity flavors than black tea. Our 100% Organic Oolong Tea is made from meticulously-selected leaves for a deep aroma and great flavor. All tea leaves were grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
